They charged my credit card that was on file for two payments on my account without my permission. I was not on auto pay and i did not call them no 3 times in one month to pay a bill. I asked them to remove my credit card off file and they told me that they could not because it had to stay on file! So i closed that account down because of DIRECTV UNAUTHORIZED USE!!! And i will be leaving their company at the end of the month!!
