We were invited to a dinner 4 two by Royal Prestige and in turn they gave us a free 2 night stay in a place of our choice either Bahammas, Dominican Republic, or Mexico. So we filled out the certificate and sent it and $100.00 to:

Then we recieved an email stating we were required to pay $78.00 by money order only for taxes and fees, so we sent the money to the same address and we recieved another email stating that Suzanne Levitt is our travel agent and to call her at (Personal Info Removed) to book our stay. I called her several times and finally she called be back and said that the place of our choice would be booked up 6-8months so she suggested going to one of the other choices so we accepted and she said she would email the dates available and Resorts the next day but we never recieved the email. I have called and left several messages and emailed her ([email protected]) yet she has not attemped to call us back. We would just like our $178.00 back. She managed to drag all this out around 6months now going thru each step and with her not getting back to us. If this is a valid company they are not professional and they do not care about their clients.
