Ordered red bottom shoes from this website. They told me they shipped euro size 40 but sent me a 39 that is way too small. They sent a email apologizing for sending the wrong size and said production would send me returning details. I have not heard from them in a week and they will not respond to my emails. Their phone number 1 800 975 5375 that is posted on their website never answers their phone no matter what time of day or nite they are called.
