I am so glad I found this site. The complaints we read are exactly what we went through. They supposedly recorded the conversation with our purchasing department, but when they played it back it was obviously doctored, with the important parts removed, of course. Their rudeness only adds to the frustration. We are reporting them wherever possible. Thanks again for this great service. It is rather telling that if you search for Infomatika on Yahoo, your site's complaints pop up on the first page.
