Our company has had the same experience as other consumers that I have read on this website. For over 2 years, Infomatika has been attempting to get us to pay $349.95 for a "Complimentary" directory that we never ordered.
Infomatika has a "taped conversation" of one of our employees saying things that this person NEVER said or agreed too. How they cut and pasted the taped conversation together is UNBELIEVABLE.
How is this company allowed to continue doing business?
