I've been trying to contact Consumer Electronics Tech Services, 100A Walnut St. D15, Champlain, NY 12919,888-577-4432. All the info I have is not much. I have a phone number which does not get answered. An address that I believe is just a front. It seems this company is a rip off scam.
The information I was given by Brad the telemarketer was inaccurate. A PC at an inexpensive price yes but I was not told of the three years internet service at $860.40 that was needed to get the PC.
This is fraudulent because C.E.T.S. Charges you for the PC which is being given away by an internet service provider. (Peoples Internet) gives you a PC when you sign up for their service.
-284.90 was debited from my account and I would like it back! I do not want the internet service, which I was never told about. There was no return info in the package, which I was told would be included in the package.
If anyone knows how to get in touch with C.E.T. S or how to handle this I would greatly appreciate any information.
