I noticed this unauthorized charge on my account and called the number listed for the account, fraudulent number and also went to their website and they have a chat option, once I requested for them to chat with me and I inquired about my charge, I was disconnected and did not respond to my emails. I advised the bank but they had to let the charge go through so that they could investigate, once the charge went through, two more charges came in under their name, I was forced to close down my account and filed a report for the money to be returned to me by the bank and they're taking care of collecting on my behalf.
