I ordered a converter box and it did not work; I returned the converter box to them, but they never responded. When I called they said they were not going to return the money even though they had the "returned converter box." I filed with BBB in Denver CO, but according to Tonya Bustillos of BBB, the company did not respond to them. I filed with Internet Fraud Complaint Center, but only received a complaint number from them.
