I ordered According to Jim Box Set. Took my money sent the product, came in a broken what looked like a vhs case. Probably broke in post but I tried the first dvd in my machine and all they are is copied episodes from US tv. Was very upset and sent them e-mails where going to re-fund me $55 but I wanted all my money back, then they said a full refund less freight so I said ok. But they wanted me to send it back before they put the money back into my credit account and now haven't heard from them for a week now. Still trying to get my money. Can someone help me get my money back?
