I placed an order for Mama’s Family and My Wife and Kids and wanted to place an additional set for my friend and also to avail the discount of shipping and handling fee. I clicked the “back” button thinking it would let me revise the order as the status was still pending. Unfortunately, the 3 sets were separately processed. I emailed MemorylaneDVD and ask if they can combine the 3 sets into one shipping so I can pay a cheaper price for shipping fee. The customer support replied promptly with a very well-mannered manner and said it will not be a problem to process my requests. I’m so glad they fixed this earlier and they didn’t just ignore it. Well, the DVDs I ordered arrived in a timely fashion and additionally, it consists all the complete episodes from all seasons! The quality is perfect and I will definitely buy again from this online shop. They already gained my trust and would not hesitate to recommend to my family and friends.
