Placed order #4145 for rocketfish audio cable. Order stated ship within 7 to 10 days. I'm waiting a month. I sent two emails and two phone calls, all unanswered.
I can file a claim with my credit card company, but I would prefer the product. Can any agency follow up or protect one from these web sites. Shouldn't they put up a bond when soliciting?
How can I protect against taking addl payment for some phony product they say I ordered?
