Sent my 14k gold antique watch to them for repair over 6 months ago. They were not able to repair it and I have been unable to get it back from them. The following are some of our emails.

I’m sorry for the long delay in repairing your timepiece. Per the repair facility it will at least 3 more weeks for the completion of the repairs.
