I paid the 19.95 membership they sent me 1 email i was asking for my refund they gave me a 1 800 number to call i deleted that email by accident emailed them again asking for the number they never replied and when i signed up it was supposed to be 9.95 but i checked my credit card they charged me an extra 10 dollars i just want my money back
