Before tonight, i have never heard of this company. I checked my account and it was 19.97 short. A charge from home wealth solution. I never signed up for anything but i am being charge

I am being charged by home wealth solutions a fee of 19.97. I didn't sign up for this and have never even heard of it until i saw this charge on my account. I have sent them an email but have yet to find a phone number to talk to someone. I am still trying to figure out how they got my account information to begin with. I need to know what to do to fix this problem.
