I ordered hermit crabs from this website and i got my order information through email and everything... Nothing came in the mail when promised in 3 business days. I emailed the person back and they never got back to me, so i called them and got a hold of "ruth" the person running this website. She said her computer broke so she couldn't email me and she never tried calling me. She said she would ship them on monday july 10 and i would receive them priority mail tuesday or wednesday the Latest. I called my local post office and they never received anything. I tried calling ruth numerous times and she failed to answer and or return my phone calls. I told her in voice mail i was reporting her for scams, false advertising, and having all of my card information.
