Ordered a nice Maytag dishwasher. Paid for the delivery and INSTALLATION.
The dishwasher arrived just as scheduled. The guy they sent to deliver and install the machine took one look (We have a caddy cornered sink), panicked, left the dishwasher in the middle of the dinning room floor and ran out claiming the feed line was too short.
I, partially paralyzed on my right side from an Amoeba I contracted in January, (thank goodness I'm left handed!) was able to measure BOTH hoses.
The Home depot guy lied. His hose was 12 inches longer, THUS giving him more room to work with.
THE bottom line, he was either incompetent or just too lazy to do the job.
We will NEVER use home depot again.
