I called Customer Service today to inquire why, when my bill indicates that I am using ZERO gas therms, I am still being charged about $9 each month. I was told that it was for the "right" to the gas! Are you kidding me? That's OVER $100 a year just for a right? It's no wonder we're in a recession.
