After losing an 11.3 million dollar wire fraud arbitration award and being kicked out of Texas by the Federal Court in it has come to our attention that door to door and telemarketing fraud "king" Craig Stapel is at it again in the DFW Metroplex. He has somehow secured a contract to represent (knowingly???) Entrust Energy who is a licensed power reseller in Texas. He has enlisted Tim Sales, formerly of 20/20 companies to aid him in his scheme.
The salesmen may or may not be aware of the fraud. He is already reportedly not paying his own employees and falsifying human resources documentation. From what we hear the cusotmers are next. If they come to your door, politely say no thank you, close the door and then call the Distict Attorney or the Federal Bureau of Investigations Fraud Line. This is an open request to the Attorney General of Texas to send these crooks back to NC or Federal Prison where they belong!!
