I too ordered Office 2010 Professional Suite from msonlineshop.com. My "license key, " as worded on my detailed invoice reads as an invalid product key license on the Microsoft Download. My payment method went through Viigoo Payment Gateway and my credit card was charged through the Gray Company. I have sent over half dozen emails explaining my situation to both msonlineshop's customer service and the "third party" site complaint. I keep getting cryptic emails from Viigoo (sitecomplaint) stating my package has been shipped; even though, I ordered the download. Viigoo (sitecomplaint) emailed this morning stating they attempt to contact the vendor on my behalf. If the matter is not resolved in 48 hours I am to email back. I will keep updating as this aggrivation keeps unfolding. My biggest fear is that I may end up loosing the $100—pretty expensive for life lesson on what seemed like a reputable site.
