It started early last year 2010. This account i rarely use unless its for gassing my car. I have never signed up for anything with these company and ive never heard of them, until i started reading up about them scamming so many people. When i call the numbers i was told they are a call center and has nothing to do with either company.
I have sent letters to them requesting my money back, but no one would get back to me.

Could you please help me or let me know what to do.
This company should be shut down.
