I called public TV for a program which I cancelled and received a credit back to my account, but two other charges showed up. One, I was able to call and I am suppose to get that amount credited back to my account. This charge also showed up on my credit card and I did not authorize it. I have never heard of Tom Cavalli@smn or this company WC*MON Value Plus. Bonnie
