The representative "Ritu/Nitu" was selling a cruise vacation to Alaska to the ethnic Indian community. I bought two balcony tickets from him by check. It was supposed to be a group with special ethnic food and entertainment and thus more expensive than the regular tickets on the Norwegian Cruise Lines. We were set to sail on July 07 I started a couple of weeks before to reach "Ritu/Nitu" for info but he disappeared. No answer on phone (disconnected) or email. So I called Norwegian and found there was no booking for us. I don't know what to do now. We know the check where it was deposited. Please advise.
