I ordered the two for one offer at $39.90. Was told the handling charge woul be $14.00. When I received the mdse, the
bill was 69.80.
I called to send the mdse back and they said I would have to pay the postage and handling of 29.90. I cannot use this product, as it
was for my 9 yr old grandson and it is a hazard {heat }
