Quite similar to others... The site does not clearly state that in order to begin bidding you MUST puchase "bids". Upon signing up/in, it is implied that in order to begin bidding a credit card number is required.instead, I was surprisingly charges $99.00. When I emailed customer service, I received a reply referring to the fine print. BidRack refused to refund the $99.00 charge, even though I made several requests the same day. Additionally, I have attempted to use the site and it is not very user friendly. It certainly is not like other bidding sites.
