Monthly charge of $9.95 for over a year

I want my money back. You call them and they are not open. I called 800-304-4542 and was hung up on. I just want my money back and for them to stop bil.
Found this charge on my bank account 7032*BLOOMSRWRD800-371-6048 8 15405 JOHN MARSHALL HIG HAYMARKET VA 8 - You call the 800 number above and they are not open. I called the cusotmer service line at 800-304-4542 and was told to call the above number then when I asked more questions she hung up and I called back and they would not answer the line. I went to the cancel membership site and it went to https://www.onlinemembershipservices.com / were they want you to input your credit card info which in the fine print shows your signing up for another scam. — this is a true example of fraud.
