Before I ordered this item I contacted the seller via email to confirm that the item that was pictured on their website was in fact the item I would receive. The seller assured me that it was.
When my order arrived it was, in fact, a completely different item. I contacted the company only to be verbally attacked by Kimberly Morgan.
She accused me of attempting to defraud the company, lied to me about the item that I was HOLDING IN MY HAND at the time, and denied me any further recompense. She refused to answer all my calls and messages after that conversation. I have no choice now but to keep this other wrong and useless item.
