Clean Direct has got the toughest customer support actually
Tuesday evening before Christmas I had been house awaiting my purchase until 11:30pm. No body bothered to inform me it had beennot arriving, or contact me by any means. After I eventually did cope with to customer support I had been informed my purchase would not be shipped until around 1am. No apology or something. And considering I must be up at 6am on Weds, that actually wasn't appropriate. After speaking with the boss, she decided to attempt to provide it before 8am on Weds, of course if these werenot ready to achieve that, it'd be shipped between 2:30pm and 7pm on Weds.
7:30am came on Weds and that I named to test on it and was informed that I really couldnot have it before 8am, and somebody might contact me back inside an hour to I would like to understand what was happening. 8:30am came and that I hadnot noticed something and so I called again. I had been informed these were still focusing on it plus they might I would like to understand. Another time 5 handed and that I named again and was informed they'd be providing it between 2:30pm and 7pm.
After I called in the practice on my way house since I had been operating five mins late, I had been informed the vehicle was working late also, which worked in my own benefit and also the woman giggled just a little.
