Want my refund already - Buxton Bag

I ordered a buxton bag on November 1st and did not recieve any updates via email (aka shipping details, back ordered details) so by November 22 I called and canelled my order and now as of 1/13 I still have not recieved the refund. Don't order from them! I have called several time and the numbers tend to send you in a goose chase
