No Payment for Hours Worked

I worked 10 hours between Monday and Tuesday, June 6th & 7th. I then found out that even though they have been in business since 2008. They do not pay into unemployment or taxes, so I quit on Wednesday June 8th. Now they are refusing to pay me for time worked, saying that they had to redo the billing that I did. I didn't touch any billing of any kind.
