This review is only regards to the Nevada office of BFS. There technicians are great friendly and polite. My complaint is the lack of communication from there home office here in Las Vegas. They rarely return calls and when I complained to the office manager I was very surprised at his response. He was rude and started yelling at me about how busy he was. I would not use the Nevada BFS again would not recommend their service.
