I was contacted by triton law group to assist me on getting my loan modification and they said they can help. Me save my home out of foreclosre and stop my auction date. Since I'm desperate not lose my home I ask them if they can do it and ill pay after the modification but they insist that they can't do anything until I give them 1500 deposit to show good faith. They said David J. Otto is a former Senior Deputy Atty. General of Nevada and he can help me. Since I thought he won't ripped me off since he used to work for the court house. I. Was under the impression that he's very good based on his website davidottolaw.com and claiming thay jes a member of 3 state bars. I paid the deposit and they started to asked me to gathered some documents which I did. They even send fedex to my home and collect all my documents and post dated checks. During the process I'm getting calls from there processing office in california and it was doing great come January thia year the processing office in california stopped calling me and next thing you know I received an email from tritonlegal stating my case was assigned to nevada office and they will be taking over. But ever since they took over Im not getting any updates from them. I called the office ask to be transferred to a manager which is Sandy Barnes. I left her a voicemail about my case and she never called me back ever. I paid Triton Law Group Nevada $5495 and they never dis anything to me and I lost my house because of Triton Law Group and David J Otto. I called there california office and they told me david otto parted ways with them and therea nothing that they can do to help me because David J Otto notified them to stop working on my case. Shame on you David J. Otto for. Doing this to me and my family. I know one days you will go to jail because you don't deserve to be out on the streets and ripping people off. I will file complaint through the Attorney Generals Office of Nevada, State Bar of Nevada and Federal Trade Commission. Triton Law Group, David J.
