Law Center offered Loan Modification Services. Said they would fill out the paperwork and send to my mortgage loan holder for a lower interest rate. Promised without a doubt the mortgage company would have to accept it and that it would happen around 45 days. Never happened and I paid $595.00 for the service which they promply took out of my account.
