I had a problem with my car that died on me, i took my vehicle to carx and they had told me that it was my security system that is causing my car to die. And they said once that is fixed than my car would not have anymore problems with it dying.

A week and 1/2 later the same thing happened to my car, it died. So i took it back to carx and they told me that my car was due for a tune up and is needing new spark plugs etc., and that i would have to pay around $400 to fix the problem. I asked them why they didnt find this out the first time i brought my car in. And i was told that they dont do a thorough check on a vehicle, and i asked how would they know what the initial problem is if they dont do a thorough check? And he told me that i would have to keep bringing in my car each time that a problem occurs until they find out what the initial problem is. To me this sounds very unethical and more like they were trying to squeeze every bit out of me as they can.in other words a scam. I than called corporate who had the regional manager called me and all he did was tell me that i was being disrespectful to him because i was trying to explain my side and was not listening to him!!! I told the him that if he could not speak to me in a calm and more adult way that i would like to speak to someone that is not yelling at me.in the end he did not do anything to resolve the issue but more of telling me off.
