I was contacted by a supposed representative of Vacation Concepts about selling my time share in the Berkshires. I was sent a proposal and a signed contract for a certain amount of money on April 13. I reviewed the contract and questionned the representative of any recourse I may have had if the closing did not occur and was assured that it was a legally binding contract and that if it did not close I would get my money back. I was requested to complete pre-closing documentation, snt multiple faxes with information and wire funds for the closing-which I did on 4/15 to a Bank of America account provided by the company-WLA Group Service LLC. To date the contract has not closed and I believe I have been scammed. Do I have any recourse?
