On April 14, I purchased 2 swimsuits. I returned them and they were received on 4/21 (verified through USPS tracking). After e-mails sent on 5/23,5/25,6/3,6/14,6/16, and 6/20; and two phone messages, I have heard nothing regarding my return. During all of this, I couldn't access my account online; then two weeks ago, I was able to get into my account but my purchase history has been erased. I have filed claims with the Better Business Bureau, American Express, and the FTC. As of 6/28 I have still heard nothing.
