We purchased an Essence Festival package through Harris Travel agency/Tyra Cobb and are having a really difficult time getting the final details of our trip. We were recently informed that we don't even have:
- a hotel reservation (2 rooms)
- a return flight
- shuttle service
- mid-day cruise
And all of our monies have been paid to Harris Travlel since March! Tyra's certification number is CLIA# 00418003 and her website is http://www.harris-travelagency.com/About-Us.html. Please help us remediate this matter promptly as we are supposed to depart on Thursday, June 30th. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
