Technician tried to sell me a new unit then charged me for services I did not give permission to do, for example, cleaning (a spray job for $286.00. I have my AC serviced every season change and have never been charged over $400. I reported them to BBB and Attorney General but they lied their way out. Be careful! They advertise in everything with different coupons.
