We inquired on the internet about DirectMed Insurance Plan. They
said it would cover 70% of all doctors visits as long as they were in the network. We went to doctors they reffered us to, and they never once paid anything. They covered prescriptions but that was
all We paid them $189.85 a month for 10 or 11 months and all they
covered was medications. We owe about $5,000.00 in doctor bills
and lab costs that they said over and over againthey would pay for.
BUT NEVER DID!!! We have had to give up seeing our primary
doctor, because of non-payment.
Damages are $ 5,000.00.
