I just seperated from my ex-husband and was worried about how I would make ends meet without his end of the income coming in to help with bills. I got an e-mail adversting that I would be making $400 to $500 a month with this business. This business was promoted by Jeff Jackson who "invented" this business and was advertised on a local radio show as well, so I though this would be legitament.
AcieveTech offered to help me set up a home based website affiliate business. Every time I talked with them they wanted more and more money. When I finally told them that I had no more money left they stopped calling me.
They told me that I would be earning money while I was training and even before my first credit card statement came in the mail. Which was how I paid for my "investment" or "start up money", with my Sears Credit Card! I went through all the "training" and I had not made one cent.
Later my friend informed me that they saw AchieveTech and The Tax Club in a list of scammers being advertised on TV. I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card company. 6 months later the merchant finally responds to my credit card company and they are refusing to repay all the money they scammed me out of. So my credit card company is refusing to help me any further and says that now I am responsible for the entire amount even though they know that these people are fraud!!!
