Unparalleled Shopping Experience - Yep Bad

Ulta claims to have "an unparalleled shopping experience". Well they are right — just not in a good way. I returned something to the Romeoville location. Waited for the receipt confirmation from USPS. Emailed several times because the website was not showing the return and never heard anything. After two weeks and three unanswered emails, I called. The rep told me they would send a note to another office and I should be the credit soon. I received a call today (4 days later) that I would just have to wait 30 days from receipt of return before contacting them again. What a crock! With technology today, there is no reason for a return to take 30 days to be reflected on the website or credit card. I will never order from Ulta or shop in the store again. There are just too many other options out there.
