Worst online experience of my life. This is the second time I have tried to order from Ulta.com and both times I have the worst outcomes possible. First time I tired to submit my order, it kept saying "please check to make sure your information is correct" so I tried... 6 times and it never went through. No order confirmation, no nothing. Guess what came up on my bill? $600 some dollars of charges to Ulta.com. I about sh*t myself. So I called and they said they would put it back in a few days. Fine, whatever. Fast forward months later and I decide, hey, this must have been a fluke. I love he store, the online experience must be the same! So, I order and wouldn't you know it, "please make sure your information is correct." Totally BS. I waste no time and call to get the $60 some amount taken off my card. The girl says "Ok, we'll get that taken care of for you. If it doesn't show up in 72 hours, give us a call back." No big deal. I ordered it on a Thursday morning, so I have until Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. I call Tuesday night. "Oh well you see, it will take up to 5 business days before we can get that to you." I hate you Ulta.com and your sh*tty service too!
