I bought a Builder Professional sequence using mower in July. I might of 2011 i observed there is an issue using the front tire positioning. I bought the in-house warrenty. On May 18 a specialist found my house to repair the mower. He didn't have all of the components and needed to purchase them. Following the initial specialist visit I shifted the tractor out-of my storage and also the front-axle totally smashed in two. I named the 1-800 number to record the damaged axle and also to discover the standing if my requested components. I had been informed these were on back-order and would not maintain before next week of July. I told the consultant to include the damaged axle towards the workorder. On June 23 a specialist camera to my house to repair the mower. I hadd all of the front-end alternative components aside from the axle. He didn't have one on his vehicle and explained he'd to-order the axle! I've been awaiting 36 times for my mower to be fixed. I settled over $2800 for that mower and also the warrenty also it is still not mounted. I'd never suggest any Builder item. While I contact customer support all-they do is keep apologizing for that wait bu cannot tell me after Iam likely to get my component into get my mower working. This is actually the first and last Crastman mower I'll actually purchase. It reality I'll not purchase something Builder again as a result of this encounter.
