I put a ring up on classifieds online. A buyer contacted me and told me he was interested. We made a deal and he told me we would do the transaction over paypal. I recieved an email that said i had the amount pending and as soon as I sent the tracking number in I would be credited the amount into my account. I sent it, and I didn't get the money. I called paypal and they told me no such transaction never existed, the emails were fake. I then persued it, and they tried to get me to send an extra 500.00 through a wire. After I told him he would not see another penny of my money he stopped making contact.
