I went to the Crystal Springs, MS Shell almost on empty. Could not reach any pump as all lanes full of cars pulled in them with some pulled half way in and not even at a pump. Blocked me even getting close enough to get gas. People were milling around laughing and talking and ignored my requests to please move their vehicles if they weren't getting gas. The attendant just glared out of window like I was interfering. This was at 6:15 pm on 6/22. I left went back 15 minutes later and same thing going on. Could not get fuel. I wound up leaving twice without purchasing any gas. My daughter called and said she needed gas too and I told her not to go there. Shell basically lost my business twice and hers also within a short period of time. Called and asked for manager and was rudely told "she ain't here."
