Everybody out there is having a problem with Bidrack taking your money without letting you know like me. You can file a claim through www.ic3. Gov. I have contacted the local police department, and this is the website they recommended me to go through if I want to file a claim about Bidrack. So I did. The Bidrack adress is BidRack Inc., 2711 Centerville Road, Suite 400, Wilmington, DE 19807.
