I went this penny auction site, Bid Rack.com I signed up, they said they needed a credit card# in case I won a item so that I can pay/ship item. Made sense, later I checked my charge history and they charged my account $99.00 without my authorization or me knowing? I won a couple small items, and on every transaction they would ask for my approval before processing order. On $99.00 they was no mention or asking for a approval! Called them and they said to Email support. Fricken rip off!
