I was online and found an ad that claimed to offer free product samples. I clicked on it (don`t judge me:) and it took me to that site called scout survey.com. As one of the initial steps to sign in I had to enter my cell number, then they ask for it again, this time there is just fine print saying u'll get quiz sthng for $9.99, didn`t realize that except after i clicked on it..
