I got an offer to take survey for cash from "paid marketing panel" so I wanted to take a look. I filled out the initial form with info. Put in my cell number, and the next thing it says my phone bill will be charged $9.95 and then I received a text message to enter a pin number that they sent to my phone.
I did not enter the pin number, and when I went back to the web sight it says I am now a registered user. I never even clicked "yes" or "ok" but I am still registered.
