At 10:50 am on Thursday morning, in front of 7355 Rosswell Road, your driver pulled across three handicap spots and left his truck sitting there. When I pointed out that two seniors with blue permits were waiting for a spot, he told me, "Don't worry, I'll... only be a minute." Fifteen minutes later, with one envelope tucked under his arm, he rolled away.
