We notified these people to stop in March. They continue to send the product and charge my credit account. When I attempt to call they are always busy. When I attempt to cancel on the web the option is there but there is no reponse. I've sent two messages, one on March 22, and again on June 15 with no reply. I attempted to have my credit union stop making more payments and was informed that I need a stop number from them, yet I can't get a hold of them.
